2020 Chassis Cab
The 2020 Ford Super Duty® Chassis Cab is more productive and versatile than ever before. It features an all-new available 7.3L V8 engine as well as a new 10-Speed Transmission. The 2020 Ford Super Duty® Chassis Cab now also offers exciting available technologies like Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Audible Lane Departure Warning, and SYNC® 3 with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™.

Durability over the long haul
The Ford Super Duty® is the toughest, hardest-working generation of Class 3-5 chassis cab we’ve ever built. We started by cutting body weight with high-strength, military-grade, aluminum alloy that’s lighter than steel yet incredibly strong. We then invested some of that weight savings where it really counts — in stronger axles, chassis and steering components. Plus, we built the fully boxed under-cab and C-channel aft-of-cab frame of 95% high-strength steel. That means hauling and towing capability you can depend on to deliver every workday.
Power
High-strength aluminum-alloy body
The Ford Super Duty® is the only Class 3-5 chassis cab with a high-strength, military-grade, aluminum-alloy body*. It’s lighter than steel yet immensely strong. And it’s also more dent-and ding-resistant and not subject to red rust corrosion. Beneath this lighter body is a fully boxed under-cab frame and a C-channel aft-of-cab frame built of 95% high-strength steel.
Capability
The new engine drives forward
Super Duty® 6.2L V8 (F-350) gasoline engine with Chassis Cab and the new 7.3L V8 engine option added in 2020 will give you the power you need to accompany you to complete daily tasks on the construction site and on the road challenge. If you want to carry out heavy-duty operations and provide heavy-load services, you may wish to choose the new generation of 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo diesel engine! Whether you choose to drive your Super Duty with gasoline or diesel, you can enjoy the Live-Drive PTO Provision function and flow mode.
